Why Casting.com Matters

Casting.com is a professional casting platform used by casting directors to:

  • Review talent submissions
  • Request self-tapes
  • Schedule auditions
  • Track availability
  • Communicate directly with representatives

Having a complete and accurate profile ensures you can be submitted and considered for upcoming film, television, commercial, and industrial projects.

Creating an Adult Talent Account (18+)

If you are 18 years of age or older:

  • Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
  • Register for an account and complete all required fields (especially those marked with a red star).
  • Upload your current headshot.
  • Select your representative (TalentPlus) during the registration process.

You do not need a direct link from the agency to connect. Once you select TalentPlus, your profile will be linked to us automatically.

Creating a Family Account (For Talent Under 18)

If the performer is under 18 years of age, a Parent/Guardian must create a Family Account. Click here to view a video for assistance.

A Family Account allows one parent/guardian to manage multiple minor performers under a single login.

Important Guidelines:

  • A family account must include at least one parent/guardian and one minor.
  • Two adults without a child must create separate individual adult accounts.
  • One parent with multiple children only needs one family account.

Step-by-Step: Setting Up a Family Account

  • Visit the sign-up page: 👉 https://talent.casting.com/signup
  • Select the Parent/Guardian option when registering.
  • Enter the parent/guardian’s information in the name fields (not the child’s name).
  • Once your family account is created, log into your dashboard.
  • Click “Add a Member” to add your child(ren).

You may add multiple children under one account.

  • If the parent/guardian is also a performer, you may add yourself as an Adult Member by selecting:
  1. “Add a Member”
  2. “Adult Member”
  3. Check the box that says “This profile is for the guardian”

Teen Talent (Ages 15–17)

For minors ages 15–17, there is an option to allow the minor to manage their own profile under the parent/guardian account.

Converting an Account

If you have already created an 18+ adult account and need to convert it to a Parent/Guardian Family Account, you must contact Casting.com support directly for assistance.

To ensure maximum visibility:

  • Upload a current headshot that matches your TalentPlus materials.
  • Complete all profile fields thoroughly.
  • Keep your physical stats and contact information current.
  • Respond promptly to audition requests.
